The Dubb sound comes when the Aortic and the Pulmonary valve shut. Lubb sound comes when the Mitral valve and the Tricuspid valve shut. The sharp closing of these valves produces the Lubb and Dup sounds.The semilunar valve between ventricles and aorta (i.e., Aortic valve) and between ventricles and pulmonary artery (i.e., Pulmonary valve).Tricuspid between the right atrium and the right ventricle.This valve is also known as Mitral Valve. Bicuspid between the left atrium and the left ventricle.Valves in the heart regulate the unidirectional flow of blood.
